[BR-COSL] Electrical Engineer Full Time

Responsibilities

• Patrol inspection and maintenance of electrical equipment；
• Formulate and revise PMS maintenance procedures for electrical equipment;
• Make the maintenance plan of electrical equipment and instruments, and control the cost；
• Make the repair plan of electrical equipment and instrumentation, and organize the construction and acceptance；
• Strictly abide by the operation and maintenance rules of electrical equipment, maintain electrical equipment and instrumentation according to PMS content, and keep all maintenance records;
• Manage the electrical equipment under the jurisdiction of the land drilling rig to make it run normally. Strictly abide by the electrical safety system, organize maintenance in time when electrical equipment fails;
• Know the situation of electrical equipment spare parts and frequently consumed materials reserve. Strictly abide by the high and low reserve conditions, refer to the ordering cycle, make material orders, track the applied materials, and assist the material engineer in acceptance after arrival;
• Be responsible for the use and management of combustible gas, hydrogen sulfide sample gas and Freon, strictly abide by relevant regulations when using, and make relevant records;
• Regularly check the electrical equipment systematically, rectify and eliminate the hidden dangers in time, and make the declaration of relevant rectification schemes and rectification work records;
• Be responsible for the training of personnel in this department, mainly including but not limited to the following contents: daily patrol inspection contents, working principle of equipment, operating procedures, maintenance process requirements, specification for filling in work forms and relevant management regulations of electrical department;
• Be responsible for shutdown and start-up of related electrical equipment, and verification of isolation effectiveness;
• Do a good job in hand-over, and the handover contents mainly include: the main work contents of this shift, the existing problems of equipment and the measures taken, the rectification of the remaining work, the ordering and incoming materials, and appropriate reasonable suggestions.

Requirements

• College degree or above or technical with over 5 years in drilling equipment repair;
• Electrical Engineering or related/Have experience in electrical management of drilling rigs or similar work, and be able to solve complicated electrical problems of drilling rigs;
• At least 6 years’ experience in oil and gas of which 4 in electrical working experience in oil drilling rig;
• Handled difficult electrical problems of drilling rig for more than 3 times;
• Integrity, good conduct, honesty and self-discipline;
• Have strong professional skills, and be able to independently complete the repair, maintenance and management of various electrical equipment and instrumentation equipment of drilling rigs;
• Have strong coordination ability, execution ability, communication ability and language expression ability;
• Master the principle of frequency converter and PLC, and use industrial programming software;
• Computer and English skills required for work.;
• Under 45 years old;
• Hold relevant qualification certificates required by the company.
